Her stener jeg over multitaskingafhængigheden på vores ødegård i Sverige:
Yesterday I used my one in seventh part of relaxation by drawing a picture of Lucky Luke and one of Astrid Lindgren. I cross-country skied down to the lake and went for a walk with my dog. I talked for two hours with my dad and did pilates (Jesus Christ… What’s the fuzz?) for one. I baked two breads, drank tea made dinner and read a book. In one day! And the strange thing is that it felt like I had all the time in the world… I wasn’t running around ruddy and stressed out like I usually do.
I recently read an interview with a Danish speaker and he said that in general the time we have, has become more important than what we use it for. I don’t know whom he is talking about! If I know I’m going to a Swedish house in the middle of the forest for one (entire!) week that’s my excuse to bring at least three books, a dvd, some work stuff, running shoes and one block of paper. I would even make a schedule to make sure I’ll make it through all of my unfinished business. It’s a stressful thing to have time off! Why is it so difficult to do nothing? Even when doing nothing you have to do something to make you appreciate the act of doing nothing. Strange.
